Manifest is an AI-native brain-computer interface communication system built to help late-stage ALS patients send messages and complete tasks when speech and hand control become difficult.
Instead of forcing patients to type character-by-character, the system captures blink and clench intent signals through an Emotiv headset and uses an AI agent to propose likely messages or actions. The patient confirms intent quickly, and the agent handles composition and execution.
This creates a lower-friction communication loop for everyday outcomes like texting loved ones, issuing urgent alerts, and navigating basic digital tasks with minimal physical effort.
